HOW SRI MISSION'S PRECIOUS MESSAGE WILL BE SPREAD EASILY THROUGHOUT THE WORLD?

Sri Mission's precious message is spread easily through its branches throughout the world. There will be one prime office (PO), which will look after the entire Sri Mission's activities in the country. That prime office is authorized to appoint state branch officer (SBO) to monitor their activities and encourage them for effective and speedy work.

Similarly the state branch officer is authorized to appoint district branch officer (DBO) to monitor their activities and encourage them for effective and speedy work.

Like wise district wise branch officer is authorized to appoint taluk branch officer (TBO) to monitor their activities and encourage them for effective and speedy work.

Now Taluk wise branch officer is authorized to appoint town wise/village wise local area branch officer (LBO) to monitor their activities and encourage them for effective and speedy work.

Now branch officer at towns/villages are responsible to register interested volunteers, members and guidance centers.

Who is a member?

A member is an interested person who firmly believes that Sri Mission's objectives are beneficial to humanity, follows them whole-heartedly and sincerely works to spread the message speedily and effectively.

What a member has to do?

A member is supposed to follow Sri Mission's objectives. Each member is supposed to circulate Sri Mission's objectives' detailed benefits to minimum 100 eligible youths, newly weds, couple with single child etc.

They can gift Mission's objectives booklet as "FREE MARRIAGE GIFT " to the newly marrying couple on the occasion of marriages in their locality and guide them to Sri Mission's "GUIDANCE CENTER" for further details.

Who is a volunteer?

A volunteer is a member who in addition to the member's activities will take up additional responsibilities like delivering lectures at different schools/colleges, hostels, libraries, different associations and group of people to spread Sri Mission's message.

How a member can raise funds for his expenditure for the sake of Sri Mission?

Earning business man/professional/serving person can spare 0.1 to 1% of their net earnings.

The salaried members who can't spare from their salaries/wages of their earnings can work over time for 2 hours/month and that earnings can be spared for Sri Mission.

Members with no other option, can plant a dedicated vegetable plant, fruit/food supporting tree and selling that tree's production at 25% less price in the market. These earnings can be spared for Sri Mission.

Sri Mission's 'NEW LIFE GIFT' GUIDANCE CENTER [GC]: It is a place organized by any interested member/volunteer at his place of convenience (home/office/other place) at his convenient time where he will explain Sri Mission's message for the visitors, say daily (or weekly once) for a duration of 1 hour.

For youth, newly weds and couple with single child, the member will guide them "TO BUILD YOUR LITTLE HEAVEN" i.e. how to plan for happy, healthy, prosperous and peaceful family life.

For some reason or for the sake of privacy if some body contacts over phone, such calls are to be attended immediately with full dedication, affection, friendly and confidential voice about Sri Mission's 10 objectives with their number of benefits in brief (while guidance being given to newly weds to "BUILD YOUR LITTLE HEAVEN", 9th objective "OUST WAR" to be explained as to eliminate quarrels/enmities in between the couple, and 10th Objective Non-violence practice " to be explained as not to beat each other as well as to maintain non-violence practice fully practically and to solve all disputes amicably and peacefully.)

The Guidance Center [GC] organizer will make free publicity in local newspapers with his name, address, phone number etc. Guidance centers are advised: one in village/town/taluk places, 4 centers in heavily populated town/district headquarters and 6 to 10 centers in cities.

TRAINING OF VOLUNTEERS:

Though print and electronic media have developed enormously, even then if you wish to send a useful message to the masses, it is only the dedicated volunteers well trained in public speaking who can spread the message to the nook and corner. So for any non-governmental organization, the backbone in spreading its services or precious message is only its devoted service minded volunteers. The success of the volunteers purely depends upon the dedicated training given to them.

The volunteer's job at Sri Mission is simple but different. In this organization, volunteers are supposed to be well versed public speakers. So before deputing to their service, the volunteers are given thorough training and repeated rehearsals in public speaking on Sri Mission's objectives and their multi dimensional unlimited benefits.

The public speaking training should be given by an expert who can motivate and encourage the volunteers for their successful training.

There may be several languages in a country. So training should be given in the local language to the volunteers in the Town wise/village wise local area branch office (LBO)/Taluk wise branch office (TBO).

There may be a few changes in Sri Mission's first objective's (SMALLEST FAMILY ADOPTION) benefits. In any case, only the individual country's Prime Branch Office is authorized to delete/add such a few changes in the above objective with strict discrimination. Great caution has to be exercised not to hurt any religion's/caste's/creed's/group's feelings while doing such alterations and additions. Except PBO, no other branch/person is entitled to do any alterations in any situation.

Different branch offices may need to translate Sri Missions' objectives' benefits into their local languages. All such translations are to be made perfectly, strictly true to the version supplied by the PBO only. Strictly no branch/individual is authorized to do any addition/deletion /alteration. Utmost care is to be taken to make the translation compact, meaningful and heart touching. While translating slogans also, extreme care and creativity are to be implemented.

However prime importance has to be given to train the volunteers in national language or a few important major languages of the country to spread the Sri Mission's message.

To train the volunteers, to eliminate their stage fear and to infuse self-confidence in them some audience are needed. So develop a common mutually useful platform MONTHLY AWARENESS LECTURES (MAL).

HOW TO ORGANISE SRI MISSION'S BRANCH STEP BY STEP?

There are three simple steps to start a Sri Mission's branch:

STEP 1: OPEN A GUIDANCE CENTER.

How to open: Put up SRI MISSION GUIDANCE CENTER signboard at your house or pre-determined place with your day/time details of guidance. You may explain the youth, newly weds, couple with single child etc. who seek your guidance during visiting hours in brief how they can 'BUILD THEIR LITTLE HEAVEN' by adopting Sri Mission's objectives. When a few like minded people join you through your guidance sessions, open a membership register and enroll them as members. When the strength of such members exceeds 10 in number, start training them in MULTIPLE MEDITATION once in a week.

STEP 2: MONTHLY AWARENESS LECTURES (MAL).

When the member's strength touches 20, start monthly awareness lectures program once in a month as per your and member's convenient time and day. After a few programs, identify the members who have got interest in voluntary services and ability to speak well.

STEP 3: TRAINING OF VOLUNTEERS.

When you have identified few volunteers, give them Sri Mission's message spreading "LIFE TURN AROUND LECTURE" training. Train them repeatedly until they can speak on Sri Mission's objectives thoroughly and fluently with full confidence. Now you give an opportunity to speak on Sri Mission's objectives' benefits to one volunteer in every month's MONTHLY AWARENESS LECTURES. Now trained volunteers are ready to spread Sri Mission's message at different colleges and different institutions by presenting lectures.

You can send intimation letters to different institution's heads requesting them to permit volunteers to give LIFE TURN AROUND LECTURE program. Verbally all the members and volunteers of the mission can do mouth publicity in their residential, office and moving localities.
